As of Thursday June 24, 2010 we will be offering the following new membership options and day rates/punch cards. 

Day Use

*College students must be taking 12 credits (6 for graduate students) & show current student ID.

Multiple Days

*Do not expire and are transferable.

**College students must be taking 12 credits (6 for graduate students) & show current student ID and class schedule.

Individual Pre-Paid Memberships (no freezes)

* College students must be taking 12 credits (6 for graduate students) & show current student ID and class schedule.

** Early-In Members may climb after 2:00 for $8/day.

Individual Monthly Memberships Plans (1 year contract w/ freeze option)

* College students must be taking 12 credits (6 for graduate students) & show current student ID and class schedule.

** Early-In Members may climb after 2:00 for $8/day.

-Monthly plans start on 1st of the month.  Mid month startup can be prorated.

-Freeze rate per is $8 per month per person.  Dues can be prorated when unfrozen.

-Cancellation Fee (if within the first year) is $75.

-Automatic withdrawal by credit or debit card.

Family Memberships (Pre-paid and Monthly)* **:

100% of Adult rate for the first family member.

75% of Adult rate for the second family member. 

25% of Adult rate for each additional family member.

*Includes adult couples, youth siblings, or parent and youth, all residing at the same address.

**All members of a family on a pre-paid family membership must have the same start/stop dates.  Family members on the monthly plan may freeze independently.

Free classes

-Intro classes 1-2 times per month depending on demand.

-Lead classes 1-2 times per month depending on demand.

-Technique and training classes starting in the fall 2010.

 

Guest passes for annual prepaid and EFT members

-1 pass/month per individual (if family per family), with a  maximum of 6 passes per year.

* Must be a full time MSU student, High School student or under 18 years of age.

** To receive member benefits without having to pre-pay, try our Monthly EFT plan(electronic funds transfer) plan.  We will automatically deduct dues from your credit or debit card on the 5th of each month.

All participants must sign a Spire Climbing Center Waiver.  Participants under 18 must have waivers signed by parent or legal guardian.

All Climbers that would like to belay or lead belay must pass a belay test.  Belayers must be 14 years of age.
