Our workout area includes a spacious Rogue Fitness Monster rack, including ad-ons for pull-ups, dips, rings, squats, bench pressing, and more. We also have a multitude of free weights, medicine balls, therapy/resistance bands, and kettlebells, with a large, open area devoted to training with these devices. Our other equipment includes an assisted pull-up machine, core training platform, and cable machine.

For climbing-specific training tools, we have a designated area that features hang boards, a system wall, campus board, weight vests, pulley systems, as well as other implements. Our cardio zone, located on a balcony overlooking the 50ft climbing walls, hosts ellipticals, treadmills, spinning bikes, and a Concept 2 rower.

Scheduled fitness classes range from core-specific workouts to full-body HIIT sweat-fests. Our team of knowledgeable instructors provide guidance, encouragement, and a variety of fun and challenging exercises to help you stay motivated, no matter your prior experience or current fitness level.

Whether you are training for a specific goal or seeking to improve your general strength and cardiovascular capacity, this class is designed to fortify your functional fitness.

Core Blast

Core is key, which is why this class offers a 30-minute core circuit. After the burn-so-good hard work, you’ll be rewarded with 15 minutes of cool-down exercises and stretching. Our core blast class is a sweaty challenge adaptable for all fitness levels

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the body's core muscles. It emphasizes controlled movements, proper breathing, and body alignment to improve flexibility, posture and overall strength. This pilates class will be on the mat rather than a reformer. Previous experience is not required!

Ever wondered what those straps hanging from the ceiling in the studio were? Come find out in TRX Fitness, where we will focus on using the TRX suspension trainer. This versatile equipment allows for instability to be introduced at varying levels, working your stabilizing muscles and core in every movement. TRX Fitness is a full-body, circuit style workout suited to beginner and advanced athletes alike!

Do you have any fitness classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. All our fitness classes are led by knowledgeable and inclusive instructors who can help you modify exercises to create a safe and appropriate challenge for your body.

What can I expect on my first visit?

Your first visit will start by filling out a waiver and getting checked in by our front desk. Our studio is upstairs, and all the studio gear (weights, TRX straps, etc.) are free for you to borrow. For fitness classes, instructors will have the necessary equipment for that workout ready for you.

Can I climb and do a fitness class on the same day pass?

Yep, you can even take a fitness class in the morning and come back later in the day to climb, or vice versa. Our $17 drop-in price, however, is for fitness classes only. If you would like to climb and attend a fitness class, you will need to buy a day pass for the gym.

Are Fitness classes included in your memberships?

Yep, unlimited fitness classes are included in any of our memberships.
