Athletic Conditioning

This class offers foundational exercises that are adaptable for people of all fitness levels. Equipment often includes a fun variety of Kettlebells, TRX, and bands. Whether you are training for a specific goal or seeking to improve your general strength and cardiovascular capacity, this class is designed to fortify your functional fitness.

HIIT Workout

Short periods of intense exertion between rests will get your heart pumping and the sweat flowing. Typically performed through body weight or low-weight exercises like mountain climbers, squat jumps, and push-ups, HIIT workouts are full-body challenges that will increase your muscular endurance. Adaptable for all fitness levels.

Core Blast

Core is key, which is why this class offers a 30-minute core circuit. After the burn-so-good hard work, you’ll be rewarded with 15 minutes of cool-down exercises and stretching. Our core blast class is a sweaty challenge adaptable for all fitness levels

Mobility & Stability

In this class you will develop functional mobility by increasing flexibility  and strengthening all ranges of motion. You will also improve the mind-body connection to increase key areas of stability by working on muscle activation, balance, and proprioception (awareness of body movement and position). This class aims to create resiliency in your joints and thus longevity for your athletic pursuits.

Do you have any fitness classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. All our fitness classes are led by knowledgeable and inclusive instructors who can help you modify exercises to create a safe and appropriate challenge for your body.

What can I expect on my first visit?

Your first visit will start by filling out a waiver and getting checked in by our front desk. Our studio is upstairs, and all the studio gear (weights, TRX straps, etc.) are free for you to borrow. For fitness classes, instructors will have the necessary equipment for that workout ready for you.

Can I climb and do a fitness class on the same day pass?

Yep, you can even take a fitness class in the morning and come back later in the day to climb, or vice versa. Our $15 drop-in price, however, is for fitness classes only. If you would like to climb and attend a fitness class, you will need to buy a day pass for the gym.

Are Fitness classes included in your memberships?

Yep, unlimited fitness classes are included in any of our memberships.
